let me give you the lowdown

Both collections include our event day services. Run your ceremony rehearsal, up to 12 hours onsite to oversee all set up, run the timeline or events and strike.

For our full service clients we will work together through our four phases. Budget, vendor booking, design and confirmations.

We will get your file started, get to know you a little better and share our preferred vendor list. Depending on which collection you booked with us we will either get started right away or talk again closer to your event date

When you’re ready to get started we will write up an agreement. Once we have a signed agreement and paid deposit you will be officially booked.

my simple 6 step process

Our All In collection is an all inclusive package that encompasses budget management, venue/vendor selection, a comprehensive design plan and complete event management for your vendor team. We start with our full service couples 12-14 months before the wedding. This choice is best for couples looking for more help through the planning process and are interested in investing in more stylized design elements for their event through professional vendor services.

Our Home Stretch collection is a partial service working solely on event management services starting at the 80 days before the event. This choice is best for couples who are looking to do the majority of the planning and design work on their own, but are looking for someone to gather the details and run the day. You’ve gone through it alone up until this point, now you can rest easy and let us execute the plans you’ve made.

No, the collections we offer are our standard of service. If you’re looking to book our Home Stretch collection, but are looking for some design help you can always book a la carte design hours with us. 

No, the equivalent to a day of service is our Home Stretch collection where we get started 80 days before your event. This allows us enough time to learn your event, connect with all your vendors and manage your event with full knowledge of the details.

Yes, all personal items will be managed and set up by our team. Depending on the scope of set up we may need additional staff which is an added fee. 

The payment schedule for the specific collection you choose will be in your agreement. A deposit payment of 50% or 33% is due at contract signing in order to secure your date. 

I have a team of some wonderful ladies who assist on the day of events. I also have an administrative assistant who helps build and organize our event files and an associate planner to help lead when we have multiple weddings on the same weekend. 

Yes! We’re happy to travel wherever your event takes us. If the venue is over an hour drive outside of Sacramento we add mileage and lodging fees. If a flight and rental car are necessary for travel that is something taken care of by the client as well. 

We will typically book 20-30 weddings in a year depending on the amount of full service clients we take on. 

During the busier months (April-May / September-November) we can have up to 6 weddings. In the off season months we usually run 1-2 weddings a month.
